Greetings to all my friends,

This year has been incredibly busy. It's already May and the birds are chirping outside the patio door. It's been a wet soggy spring in the northeast which is great for quilting projects.

Spring market in Salt Lake City rolled out four new designs at the Maywood booth. Check out the patterns and kits for Charming Beauty, Morning Dew, Destiny and Dance of Butterflies. The fabrics will be arriving in June and the kits are available for preorder in the kit section of my site.

The fabric Through the Grapevine has arrived from RJR Fabrics and is available to create my Sip of Sonoma pattern which would make a fantastic wall hanging, table topper or picnic quilt. There is also a fun new pattern called All Corked Up for a chef style grilling apron and wine bottle gift bags. What a great idea for a hostess gift when invited to a summer picnic for the 4th of July which is around the corner. Everyone brings a bottle of wine when headed to someone's house and the apron is a bonus thank you to the chef.

Destiny will be showcased in Fons and Porter Love of Quilting magazine in an ad the end of May. I will be offering kitting options for most of my new designs, along with fabric yardage for anyone who wishes to create their own design options.

Keep in mind, kitting a quilt simply means that you have no need to search for fabrics. The quilt top and binding are complete. If you ever see a kit on my site and wish to have it "custom sized" for your bed, drop me a note. I'd be happy to help you out if at all possible.

The Crimson Roses kits are now on sale for 20% off in both the standard and king sizes, Nosegay is on sale for 20% off and all of the Winter Dreams flannels are on sale for $8.50 a yard.

Quilt shops will be happy to discover they can purchase my quilt patterns wholesale with both E.E. Schenck and Checker. I am also offering wholesale purchasing for those that may not have an account with either of these companies.
